The Howl & Heal Market is a wellness-forward, party-with-a-purpose evening built for women over 40 who are stepping into midlife with strength, curiosity, and joy. We're bringing together 20-25 vendors across wellness, hormone health, pelvic health, skincare, cosmetics, travel & retreats, fashion, gifts, food, and more for one night of shopping, connection, and celebration.

We are looking for vendors who share our commitment to women's health, wellness, and empowerment through midlife. If your brand speaks directly to women navigating this stage of life — physically, emotionally, or otherwise — we'd love to have you in the room.

  • Time: 5:30–8:30 PM
  • Audience: Women 40+ in the Nashville / Williamson County area
  • Format: Live DJ playing 90s hits, 20-25 vendor booths, wine bar, door prizes throughout the evening
  • Vendor spaces are capped at 30 and will be accepted on a rolling basis

Vendor Expectations

To keep this event vendor-powered and reach as many women as possible, every participating vendor agrees to:

  • Share at least one promotional email with their own distribution list prior to the event
  • Post at least twice on their social channels promoting Howl & Heal before the event, if applicable
  • Display print materials at their physical location, if applicable
  • Contribute at least one item to the event's door prize pool (gift card, physical product, or service voucher — see below)

Door Prizes

Door prizes are a central part of the Howl & Heal experience. Attendees will be required to visit every vendor table to be entered to win — including the grand prize, a free retreat registration with The Resting Wolf. This is designed to drive real foot traffic to every booth, including yours.

We ask every vendor to contribute at least one door prize item. Great options include:

  • A gift card to your business
  • A physical product from your line
  • A voucher for a service (session, consultation, treatment, etc.)

Agreement

By submitting this application, I confirm that my business supports a message of health, wellness, and empowerment for women entering midlife, and I agree to the vendor expectations, booth setup responsibilities, and cancellation policy outlined above.

Vendor Fee: $50

Applications accepted through August 17, or until all 30 vendor spaces are filled, whichever comes first.

Cancellations received by August 31 will be reimbursed in full, minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations after August 31 are non-refundable.
